TC Group in Manchester is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to lead review work and manage workflow within a supportive team.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, a 37.5 hour week, and clear progression opportunities as part of a fast-growing top 20 UK practice. You’ll build client relationships and help deliver high-quality accounting services.

Excellent communication and a proactive approach are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification or part-qualified preferred
• Experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Solid communication skills with regular client contact
• Good understanding of practice accounting and cloud accounting tools

Responsibilities

• End to end portfolio management and reviewing work produced by colleagues
• Support management of workflow and allocate/review tasks
• Assist with pitches, campaigns and articles as part of business development
• Train team members and adopt hands-on approach to get the job done
• Identify risks and improve processes to meet standards
