Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions Ltd on behalf of a Leeds-area independent accountancy practice seeks an Accountancy Assistant Manager/Manager. ACA or ACCA qualified with 4–6 years UK practice experience; you will manage a diverse SME and corporate client portfolio, review statutory accounts and tax returns, and mentor junior staff.

The role offers a hybrid working model, merit-based progression toward Manager, and exposure to advisory engagements within a supportive, Leeds-based team.

Competenze

• ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with UK practice experience.

Mansioni

• Manage a diverse SME and corporate client portfolio.
• Review statutory accounts and tax returns (CT600 and personal tax).
• Lead, mentor and supervise trainees and junior staff.
