Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA part-qualified or qualified accountant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements for small companies.
• Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders and partnerships.
• Work closely with clients to gather information and answers.
• Create high-quality files for review by managers and directors.
• Split time between office and client sites as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing statutory financial statements for small, limited companies, including those with more complex accounting needs.
• Preparing year‑end accounts for sole traders and partnerships, including some outsourcing and VAT work.
• Working closely with clients to gather information, answer questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Putting together high‑quality files for managers and directors to review.
• Splitting time between the office and client sites, depending on what’s needed.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• ACCA/ACA part‑qualified or qualified.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive and diligent approach, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
