RECfinancial is exclusively shortlisted for a Leicester based firm of Chartered Accountants, seeking an Accounts Senior / Accountant to join their team. Hybrid or remote work is available to offer flexibility while based at the Leicester office for collaboration with colleagues and senior management.

You will prepare full sets of accounts, handle Tax and VAT, and manage your own time across SME and LTD projects, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and building lasting client

Qualifications

• Experience preparing full sets of accounts for SMEs/Ltds.
• Familiar with tax returns and VAT processes.
• Able to manage own time and meet deadlines.

RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this Leicester based firm of Chartered Accountants as they look to strengthen their team by adding an Accounts Senior / Accountant. You may already be an Accounts Senior or Semi Senior, looking to progress, our client is open to all. You may be in a role that you're not valued in or rewarded financially, it's not uncommon.

You might be wanting a more hybrid or remote role that has flexibility to suit your needs, our client is open.

This business is well recognised within Leicester WITH almost 100% staff retention due to their environment and attitude towards their employees and clients.

This role will see you based at their Leicester office, working in, hybrid or remote, working closely with colleagues, Juniors and Senior Management. The firm is all about helping each other to achieve common goals. Our client cannot emphasise this enough.

You’ll have experience of preparing a full set of accounts, Tax prep, VAT and monitor your own time for SME's, LTD's with a variety of individual projects for businesses. One day is not the same as another.

Working to deadlines is of course essential and support given and received is standard whilst building and maintaining relationships with new and old clients is key to the continuing success of this firm.

Ideally you’ll be AAT, ACA, ACCA part of fully qualified and looking to enhance your career growth.
