Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Brighouse seeks a motivated Senior Accountant to join our team, providing accountancy services to a number of clients across various sectors from our Brighouse office.

You will prepare statutory year end accounts, liaise with clients on accounts and tax returns, review junior staff work, and manage client portfolios including self-assessment and partnership tax returns, while guiding junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Iris, Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.
• Extensive tax knowledge of personal and corporate taxation.
• Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Friendly and confident manner; able to work in a team and alone.

We are looking for a motivated Senior Accountant to join our friendly team providing accountancy to a number of clients across various business sectors for our office in Brighouse.

Brief Job Description

• Preparation of statutory year end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Liaising with clients regarding accounts, tax returns and other issues.
• Review of junior accounts staff work and completion for client.
• Management accounts.
• Having a portfolio of self-assessment and partnership tax returns to complete each year.
• Supporting and guiding junior staff.

Requirement for the role

• Experience of Iris, Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.
• Extensive tax knowledge of all areas of personal and corporate taxation.
• Able to work on own initiative to meet deadlines.
• Friendly and confident manner.
• Able to work as part of a team and alone.
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines and unsupervised.
