Job summary

Autograph Recruitment Ltd in Swansea is partnering with a well-established accountancy practice to recruit an Accounts Semi-Senior.

You will work with a varied client base, supporting the preparation of statutory accounts, VAT returns and tax work, while building strong client relationships and progressing your AAT/ACA/ACCA qualifications.

Qualifications

• Is AAT qualified or currently studying ACA or ACCA (or equivalent).
• Has 3 years+ experience working within an accountancy practice.
• Has a good understanding of accounts preparation.
• Enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Has excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Preparing VAT returns.
• Supporting the completion of corporation and personal tax returns.
• Liaising with clients to obtain information and answer day-to-day queries.
• Working closely with senior team members to ensure deadlines are met.
