Accounts & Tax Semi Senior
Liphook £25,000 - £30,000

Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts & Tax Semi Senior to join a growing accountancy practice based in Liphook.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some existing accountancy practice experience who is looking to develop their skills across accounts and taxation, with potential study support available.

The role will initially be predominantly office-based in Liphook, with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week once established in the role. There will also be occasional travel to the firm's offices in Alton.

You'll be involved in a varied range of work, including:

• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Assisting with business and personal tax returns
• Supporting clients with general accounting requirements
• Working with a range of owner-managed businesses and individuals
• Developing your knowledge across both accounts and tax
• Building relationships with clients and supporting the wider team

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• Some previous experience within an accountancy practice
• Experience preparing statutory accounts is preferable

You don't need to have all of the above experience. The role would suit someone at an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Semi Senior or Trainee Accountant level who is keen to progress.
