Job summary

BrewDog PLC is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage large ledgers, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely invoice payments across domestic and international customers.

The role requires experience in similar AR functions, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SAP. You will collaborate with sales and logistics, maintain master data, and support credit checks and banking tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role.
• SAP experience is preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing a large sales ledger which includes international and domestic customers, keeping customer ledgers up to date and reconciled and ensuring invoices are paid on time.
• A large part of the role is resolving invoice queries, which will see you working closely with our sales and logistics teams.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining the pricing approval process and accurately uploading customer pricing to our system.
• Other duties include banking, processing invoices, creating new customer accounts, credit checks and recommending credit limits, keeping master data up to date, mailbox management, journals, and general administrative duties.
