Job summary

BrewDog, a leading craft brewer in the UK, seeks a Senior Finance Leader to act as principal finance partner for brewery and site performance. You will own financial results, provide insights, and lead improvement projects across supply chain and operations to enhance profitability.

The role focuses on P&L governance, forecasting, budgeting, and collaboration with site leadership to drive sustainable growth and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading finance business partnering in a manufacturing, brewery, supply chain or operations environment.
• Proven ownership of P&L performance, management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and P&L governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance business partnering across the brewery, operations and supply chain.
• Own brewery and supply chain financial performance and drive improvements.
• Deliver monthly management reports and performance reviews with key drivers.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and quarterly planning processes.
• Sponsor cross-functional improvement projects delivering measurable productivity benefits.
