MET Recruitment is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator for a fully office-based role in Dudley, West Midlands. You will manage the complete sales ledger, raise invoices, allocate payments and maintain accurate customer accounts.

Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills are advantageous. The position is permanent and full-time, with responsibilities spanning month-end activities and credit control support.

Qualificações

• Experience in accounts receivable or sales ledger with full AR process.
• Stable employment history with ownership of responsibilities.
• Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and impact on sales ledger.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities with accurate processing.
• Raise and process sales invoices with correct pricing and VAT.
• Maintain customer accounts and up-to-date records.
• Allocate receipts and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform customer reconciliations and monitor balances.
• Assist with month-end procedures and reporting.
• Resolve invoice queries and payment issues.
• Support SAP system bed-in and adapt to changes.
