The University of Bradford is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Income Officer to support the income service. You will maintain debtor and customer records, raise invoices, process credit notes, and allocate payments from multiple methods.

Qualifikationen

• Level 2 qualification e.g. GCSE - grades 9-4 or grades A*, A, B, C including Maths and English or substantial relevant practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate debtor and customer account records across finance and student systems, ensuring records are complete, accurate and up to date.
• Raise, process and distribute invoices, credit notes, refunds and payment reminders in accordance with University procedures.
• Collect, record, receipt and allocate payments received through multiple payment methods including online payments, direct bank transfers, card payments, direct debits and electronic payment systems.
