Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creating and sending accurate customer invoices
  2. Maintaining up-to-date customer account information
  3. Uploading invoices to customer portals
  4. Reconciling daily and monthly payments
  5. Processing bank transfers
  6. Assisting with contract updates and customer account changes
  7. Collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve queries
  8. Supporting the wider finance function with general tasks
About You:
  • Previous experience in a finance, admin, or office role
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
  • No formal qualifications required; full training provided
