Job summary

SC Johnson Ltd in Frimley, Surrey, UK is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst - German Speaker to join our UK-based EMEA Shared Service Centre on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on managing German-speaking receivables with accuracy and strong collaboration across finance teams.

You will support Germany and other German-speaking markets, drive proactive credit control, and work closely with Finance, Credit & Collections, and Supply Chain to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English both written and verbal.
• Experience in an accounting environment or accounts receivable is preferred.
• Experience in Business to Business claims within a service centre or back-office environment is desirable.
• Strong Excel skills with good analytical and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve queries.
• Post promotional invoices and rebates against accruals.
• Investigate pricing and logistics claims with precision.
• Support the creation of long-term agreements and avoid unapproved spend.
• Maintain customer ledgers and contribute to month-end reporting.

About the Accounts Receivable Analyst - German Speaker role

What we re looking for in our Accounts Receivable Analyst - German Speaker:

Experience you ll bring:

• Fluent in German and English both written and verbal
• Ideally good experience in an accounting environment or accounts receivable
• Previous experience in Business to Business claims within a service center or a back-office environment.
