Accounts Receivable Analyst (Contract Admin)

What will you contribute?

This role contributes to timely revenue recognition, billing, and cash collection by ensuring that the details of customer contracts are entered correctly into the systems.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  1. Read and process signed contracts associated with Closed Won opportunities and capture all required data elements in Salesforce.com (SFDC) contract records.
  2. Create Contract Assets and associated artefacts using the contract asset wizard (CAW) for all deals that include recurring fees.
  3. Create Sales Orders for all order types using the Sales Order wizard.
  4. Maintain contracts and assets and account for variations, terminations, and other contractual events.
  5. Reach out to Sales and Commercial teams to gather missing information as required.
  6. Provide backup and support to departmental colleagues, especially during quarter-end peak periods.
  7. Demonstrate the Finastra values and behaviours.

Required Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a Contract Administration environment at either an operational or transactional level.
  • Experience in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
  • Experience working to deadlines and/or time-critical SLAs.
  • Experience working in a global, fast-paced team with integrated and matrix ways of working.
  • Excellent internal stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, make recommendations, and influence outcomes.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
