Job description

Summary

We are representing one of London's largest landlords, with over 20,000 units owned and managed, valued at over £3 billion across residential and commercial spaces throughout London and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the direct debit process.
  2. Reconcile daily bank statements.
  3. Post and allocate tenant receipts using Excel.
  4. Liaise with solicitors and surveyors, providing bank details for fund transfers.
  5. Provide receipts and statements of account for tenants and leaseholders.
  6. Coordinate with Residential Area Offices and the Commercial Department regarding tenant account balances, new lettings, and expiries.
  7. Assist accountants with account inquiries.
  8. Pay and reconcile petty cash.
