Zusammenfassung

Imperial College London is seeking an Accounts Payable Transactions Assistant to join our Finance Division. Based in White City with hybrid working, this full-time role processes a high volume of invoices and expenses, supports departments and ensures strong financial controls.

You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager, work across Finance, Procurement, and academic teams, and interact with suppliers. Experience in HE/public sector or accounting qualifications is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working in an accounts payable function.
• Experience processing high-volume invoices, expenses and payments.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with financial systems and accounting software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• HE/public sector experience or studying for an accounting qualification is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions in line with agreed service standards and timescales.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and academic departments, and external suppliers and contractors.
• Report to the Accounts Payable Manager and ensure timely processing of invoices and expenses.
• Support departments with financial controls and customer service within Imperial College London.
