Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger with strong accuracy and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of supplier and subcontractor invoices accurately.
• Check invoices, coding, approvals and apply financial controls.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
• Support supplier payment runs and maintain relationships.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with operational teams and wider finance function.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Support implementation of new systems and automation.
