Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for a busy engineering finance team in Scotland on a 2-month contract, with an immediate start available.

The role involves handling high volumes of supplier invoices, matching and coding to procedures, and reconciling statements with strong attention to detail. You will respond to supplier queries, build positive working relationships, and contribute quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role is essential.
• Confidence working in a high-volume invoice processing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proactive, reliable approach and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to get up to speed quickly and contribute immediately.

Responsabilités

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
• Matching, batching and coding invoices in line with company procedures.
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies.
• Responding to supplier queries and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Maintaining workload accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
