B3 Living Limited in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our social business. Based in Broxbourne, this full-time role covers invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and supporting month-end activities while upholding strong financial controls.

The ideal candidate will bring experience with accounting software and ERP systems, VAT knowledge, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience processing invoices, payments and reconciliations in a finance environment.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations and approval processes.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an accurate and efficient accounts payable service ensuring suppliers are paid on time while maintaining strong controls.
• Process invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies and support month-end reporting.
• Resolve supplier queries, support timely approvals and improve financial systems and processes.
