This well-established, family-run business in Great Yarmouth is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the friendly Finance Team. Your role will involve processing supplier invoices, matching to orders, and supporting month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates with previous Purchase Ledger experience are essential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are required.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, are important.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices from start to finish.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Input and file invoices using an automated system and process payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and respond to queries.
• Support month-end processes and run basic data reports.
