Job summary

Airbus is seeking a proactive Finance Assistant to support Accounts Payable in a busy finance team. You will manage supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and internal controls in a multi-currency environment.

The role involves month-end tasks, audits, and collaboration with procurement and engineering. The ideal candidate will have AP experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP-based systems or equivalent ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable operations and vendor liaison.
• Strong Excel skills including pivots and lookups.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Prepare and process supplier payments including international payments.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies.
