Driver Hire Grangemouth is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance Team. You will process supplier invoices, code overheads and support with payments and reconciliations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organisation and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in high-volume daily processing, BACS runs and occasional ad-hoc duties to keep the ledger up to date.

Responsibilities

• Code overhead invoices and coordinate authorisation.
• Process high volumes of purchase invoices daily.
• Complete supplier reconciliations and maintain the purchase ledger.
• Prepare BACS payment runs and arrange overseas payments.
• Provide holiday cover for team members and support ad-hoc duties.
