The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail and a collaborative approach to support stakeholders and maintain financial controls.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience, preferably within Finance or Accounts Payable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Office apps.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently within service levels.
• Validate invoice information and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor invoice workflow queues and resolve processing exceptions.
• Assist with matching invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Respond to supplier and internal queries via email and telephone.
• Manage shared AP mailboxes and ensure timely responses.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment and account discrepancies.
• Support month-end activities and reporting requirements.
• Maintain audit trails and data integrity.
• Support AP projects and process improvements.
