Job summary

ABP UK, part of ABP Food Group, invites applications for an Accounts Payable Administrator at our Bridge of Allan site. You will manage supplier invoices, post entries, and help maintain supplier relationships while safeguarding cash flow. Hours: Mon-Fri 8am–4pm.

Ideal candidates will have a finance/Accounting background, ERP experience, MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail. Prior AP exposure and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are desirable.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounts background required or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable role desirable.
• ERP systems experience desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and code supplier invoices; maintain supplier accounts.
• Match invoices with POs and GRNs; resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier statements and respond to queries.
• Support month-end activities and financial reporting.
• Assist across the Finance team and improve processes.
