Cabot Financial (Europe) Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the Finance team in a busy, hybrid role at the Kings Hill office (ME19 4UA). You will support invoice processing, payments, and supplier queries across multiple entities, helping maintain accurate financial controls and timely payments.

We value a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with good Excel skills and a drive to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance or accounts payable is a plus but not essential.
• Proven ability to use Excel for data processing and reconciliation.
• Strong problem solving and query resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices across multiple entities and currencies.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process supplier payments in line with controls.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support KPI reporting and audits with accurate documentation.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
