Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd, Torbay-based organisation, seeks an Accounts Payable Assistant to support the finance team during a busy period. You will process supplier invoices, match documents, and maintain records in a timely, accurate manner.

Ideal candidates have accounts payable or purchase ledger experience; strong data entry and admin skills are also welcomed. Modern office, full-time hours, temporary with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Candidates with Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or finance admin experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and administrative experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
• Matching invoices against supporting documentation
• Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with payment runs
• Handling supplier and invoice queries
• Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties as required
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures
