Job summary

Janus Henderson Group in London is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to manage the AP team, ensure timely processing of invoices, expenses, and payments, and uphold robust internal controls within a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable team to ensure invoices, credit card and personal expenses are processed in a timely manner
• Manage payments generated by the Accounts Payable team to ensure they are processed correctly.
• Regular review of pending workflow invoice report to ensure invoices are approved within the agreed SLA timeline
• Recommend and implement continuous improvement to existing systems and procedures
• Establish a robust internal control environment for new processes, working closely with Internal Audit to ensure that best practice is followed
• Be vigilant to any break down in internal control procedures
• Regular review and update of AP procedure notes
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Your opportunity

• Manage the accounts payable team to ensure invoices, credit card and personal expenses are processed in a timely manner
