Transform Housing & Support has ambitious plans, offering a great opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Finance and Purchases Officer to join the finance team.
The Accounts Payable Finance Officer manages financial activities and procurement processes at Transform. This role ensures accurate recording of financial transactions, timely preparation of financial reports, and adherence to organizational policies and best practices in purchasing.
The officer will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient financial management and procurement of goods and services supporting the organization’s operations and strategic goals.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and procurement processes is essential. Familiarity with housing association regulations and compliance is advantageous.
At least 3 years of experience in finance or procurement, preferably within housing associations, non-profits, or the public sector.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data, along with strong communication skills.
