David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our UK and European teams. You will process supplier invoices, manage payment runs, and support reconciliations and reporting to ensure timely and accurate accounting.

The role involves close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders and requires regular days in the Hatfield Club Support UK office. You will contribute to process improvements and automation projects, supported by our robust controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced Accounts Payable environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to identify efficiencies and improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Support payment processing, reconciliations and reporting.
• Resolve queries and maintain strong financial controls.
• Produce payment files and review aged creditor reports.
• Assist monthly balance sheet reconciliations and process improvements.
