Job Description

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure they are accurately coded and authorised.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including accruals and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the wider accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • A background in accounting and finance or a related field.
  • Experience in processing invoices and managing payment runs.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
