French-Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk


We are thrilled to be partnering with our client on a French-Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk position. This newly created, busy role will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable team with processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.

You must be fluent in written and spoken French, be experience within the Accounts Payable function of a fast-paced finance team, and experience with SAP would be a bonus. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

French-Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities

  • Processing Invoices
  • Reconciling statements and resolving issues
  • Assisting with weekly & monthly payment runs
  • Maintaining and updating the Accounts Payable ledger
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks.

Experience Essentials


The ideal candidate must be fluent in written and spoken French. You will have previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Assistant role. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with ERP systems and large-volume invoice processing. Experience in SAP would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to details &accuracy, as well as good organisational time management skills.

French-Speaking Accounts Payable Location

Our client is based in OX4.

This is a full time, permanent position role working Monday Friday from 8:00am 4:00pm or 9:00am 5:00pm. This is a hybrid working role with two days per week onsite.
