Job summary

Lineage Logistics, a global temperature-controlled logistics provider, is hiring for an Accounts Payable role based in the UK. You will be part of a busy AP team, processing invoices and supporting financial operations within a growing organisation.

The role offers Monday-Friday hours, excellent benefits, and the chance to work with a collaborative team while developing skills in SAP/Workday environments. Salary ranges from £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Accounts Payable in a large organisation.
• Computer literate with good MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Post supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on queries/communication.
• Reconcile statements.
• Review and resolve AP queries.
• Maintain clean ledgers including debit and credit balances.
• Close down POs.
• Other adhoc duties as required
