An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious global organisation as it establishes a brand-new finance hub in the heart of Glasgow. This is a rare chance to be part of a newly forming team and contribute to building something from the ground up within a company recognised for its innovation and global presence.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll play a key role in the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The position offers fantastic exposure to core finance functions within a high-performing and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and code high volumes of invoices, including complex allocations
• Manage payments and supplier queries promptly and professionally
• Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial regulations
• Work cross-functionally to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies

About You:

• Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance support role
• Strong understanding of accounting procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
