Accounts Payable Associate

Location: Manchester, GB

As our next Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for query resolution on the Supplier Base and ensuring compliance with controls. Your daily activities will include supporting other Accounts Payable Associates and Team leaders to ensure accurate invoice processing before they become overdue.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the P2P Invoicing process and share this with the wider team as appropriate. You will manage internal and external stakeholders and act as an escalation route where needed.

You will be responsible for providing a professional and helpful service to both internal and external customers, aligning with the values of Premier Foods.

The Key Requirements...

• Experience working with both direct and indirect Suppliers
• Highly organized, and able to prioritize work appropriately
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – with the wider team, internal and external stakeholders
• SAP Accounts Payable Knowledge
• Good level of Excel knowledge – Pivot & Look Up Tables

Desirable

• MM and FI SAP knowledge
• Process Director Knowledge
