Job summary

Capital City College is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the finance team in London. This full-time, permanent role records and processes invoices in Proactis and SUN, ensuring proper authorisation and coding, and liaises with staff and suppliers to resolve invoicing queries.

You will join a friendly team of five, with a commitment to high-quality support, equality and safeguarding, including a DBS check where required.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Confidence working with systems, including experience with P2P systems is desirable.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Record and process invoices for supplier payments in Proactis and SUN.
• Ensure that all documents are properly authorised and coded.
• Liaise with college staff and suppliers regarding invoicing queries.
• Support the accounts payable function to deliver efficient service across the college.
