Job summary

Capital City College is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the finance team in London. This full-time, permanent role records and processes invoices in Proactis and SUN, ensuring proper authorisation and coding, and liaises with staff and suppliers to resolve invoicing queries.

You will join a friendly team of five, with a commitment to high-quality support, equality and safeguarding, including a DBS check where required.

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Assistant to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

To work as part of an integrated finance team to deliver an efficient and effective accounts payable service to all College staff and wider stakeholders. To record and process all invoices in respect of supplier payments, in both Proactis and SUN, in the accounting systems. To ensure that all documents are properly authorised and appropriately coded. To liaise with college staff, suppliers regarding queries on all aspects of invoicing and processing.
