Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in finance

One of the UK’s biggest hospitality businesses is seeking an immediately available Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the Accounts Payable department across the company’s multiple restaurants
• Assist in ensuring invoices are timely and correct
• Review invoices ahead of being processed to ensure they are complete and accurate
• Liaise with suppliers and maintain strong relationships, assisting in resolving queries
• Prepare supplier statement reconciliations
• Actively seek ways to improve processes and streamline the Accounts Payable function
