To work as part of an integrated finance team to deliver an efficient and effective accounts payable service to all College staff and wider stakeholders. To record and process all invoices in respect of supplier payments, in both Proactis and SUN, in the accounting systems. To ensure that all documents are properly authorised and appropriately coded. To liaise with college staff, suppliers regarding queries on all aspects of invoicing and processing.
