Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and within timelines.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and goods received notes.
• Code invoices to general ledger accounts and cost centres.
• Prepare and process payment runs via BACS, CHAPS, wire transfers, or cheque.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data including bank details and tax information.
• Monitor accounts payable ageing reports and manage overdue balances.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
