Job Description

In your role as Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be part of the Remy Cointreau UK finance team, reporting to the UKIN CFO, and will work closely with all departments including marketing, sales, supply chain, HR, and finance. This position is based in our London Office at 40 Berners St, London W1T 3NA.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Processing approximately 250 invoices per month into SAP
2. Preparing payments accurately and in accordance with internal procedures and controls
3. Providing vendor aging reports, reviewing information, and analyzing disputed invoices
4. Resolving payables-related issues with internal and external stakeholders
5. Processing intercompany invoices for customers and vendors
6. Reconciling rebates and A&P invoices against accruals
7. Managing monthly intercompany reconciliation and factoring
8. Controlling expense reports and payments
9. Supporting internal and external audit requirements
10. Training new joiners on processes such as Concur, external Travel & Expenses platform (Agiito), and purchase order procedures
11. Supporting the team on ad hoc projects, including procurement tenders and departmental backups

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting

• Proficiency in English
