Client Details
One of London's leading property & real estate organisations; the business has exciting plans to develop a number of new sites over the next year, meaning you'll be working across a variety of clients gaining exposure to all key aspects of the reporting process.
You'll be reporting directly into the Director of Client Accounting, gaining C-Suite level exposure on a daily basis. The company typically work 3 days per week in their Central London office.
Description
As a Client Accountant, your responsibilities will include:Preparing and delivering periodic reports for clients.Supporting with ad hoc tasks as required.Managing property and lease information on TRAMPS.Issuing tenant demands for rent, service charges, and other miscellaneous charges.Overseeing client funds and ensuring rent receipts are transferred to the client.Ensuring accurate reconciliation of client reports, including VAT and client statements.Facilitating communication between your line manager, surveyors, and accounts payable teams for your clients.Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.Administering and overseeing service charge funds for the properties you manage.Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.Collaborating with the credit controller to guarantee timely rent collection and keeping clients informed.Conducting bank reconciliations.Posting tenant receipts.Profile
