Responsibilities of an Accounts Manager:

• Preparation of annual accounts, business and personal tax
• Identifying any tax issues for example P11D, S455 tax, VAT implications etc
• Providing support/cover and assistance for subordinates when required, Responsibility to undertake all jobs of subordinates.
• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of outputs to either clients or senior/managers.
• Reviewing the work of junior members of staff and record feedback
• Scheduling and allocating work to subordinates and providing technical assistance where required.

What we are looking for in an Accounts Manager:

• ICAS/ACCA or Qualified by experience
• At least 5 + years’ experience in UK Practice
• Experience dealing with own portfolio and overseeing/managing junior members of staff.
