Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  2. Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
  3. Managing incoming leads effectively.
  4. Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
  5. Working towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  6. Arranging meetings with clients and conducting product demonstrations.
  7. Promptly following up on sales inquiries and providing information.
  8. Collaborating with other teams to develop new business.
  9. Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
  10. Attending industry events to generate business leads.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in new business development, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business and driving sales.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Passion for and knowledge of digital communications.
  • Excellent written communication skills for responding to inquiries.
  • Willingness to spend 2-3 days a week in Dundee if based in Edinburgh.
  • Well-organized with experience using CRM systems.
  • Strong references.
