Pro-Talent in Norwich is seeking a qualified or finalist accountant for an accounts-focused Account Manager role. You will manage your own client portfolio and act as the main contact, with year-end accounts and tax work.

Qualifications

• Qualified or finalist accountant with UK practice experience.
• Experience preparing accounts and corporation tax returns.
• Familiar with MTD for Income Tax and SA100s.
• Able to lead client meetings and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Looking after your own portfolio of clients as their main point of contact
• Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts under FRS 102 1A and FRS 105
• Preparing corporation tax computations, CT600s and self-assessment returns
• Keeping clients compliant, including MTD for Income Tax
• Agreeing a written tax plan with each company and director client every year
• Running client meetings by video and spotting where clients need extra advice
• Reviewing junior colleagues' work and helping them develop
