TPF Recruitment, Surrey's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is recruiting for an Accounts Manager to join a highly reputable and quality firm of chartered accountants based in Weybridge.

You will join a fast-growing and successful practice, working in a general practice capacity within the accounts team. This position is a result of growth and offers an excellent opportunity for career progression. You will gain exposure to complex, high-value work, dealing with prestigious national and international clients. The role offers autonomy, direct client contact, and the opportunity to oversee a small team.

The role will be tailored around your experience and aspirations. As an example, responsibilities include:

• Managing your own client portfolio, reporting to the Directors.
• Reviewing accounts, including preparation of accounts, consolidations, corporation tax, and personal tax returns.
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients.
• Supporting clients with outsourced Finance Director services and complex corporate and personal tax planning.

Requirements

• Experience in a mid-tier firm handling complex/high-value cases.
• International case experience is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to report directly to Directors.
• Proficiency in reviewing complex accounts and consolidations to a high standard.
• Ability to run client meetings.
• Good knowledge of corporation tax and VAT.
• Salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience and background, negotiable.
