Magellan Aerospace is seeking a Ledger Clerk to join our finance team in Llay, Wrexham. You will manage sales ledgers day-to-day and contribute to accounts payable activities on a busy, unionised site.

Qualifications

• Experienced in working with both sales and purchase ledgers.
• Experience collaborating with other departments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Team player who takes ownership and completes tasks.
• Excellent IT skills including Excel (intermediate), Microsoft Office and Zoom.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Receivable: post cash receipts and allocate remittances daily.
• Input invoices into systems and respond to customer queries.
• Generate monthly statements and provide weekly AR analysis.
• Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices, match POs, and resolve queries.
• Reconcile supplier statements and manage AP inbox weekly.
