Job summary

Concept Recruitment Group Ltd is looking for an Accounts Dept Administrator in Bradford (BD4). The role is permanent with an immediate start, offering 37.5 hours per week and a salary of 26,400 per annum, plus a full benefits package.

You will join a team handling administrative duties within the department and supporting the credit control function, with responsibilities including invoices, statements, payments, reconciliations and collections.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices and credits on a daily/weekly basis
• Process customer statements and marketing updates on a monthly basis
• Receipt new account forms ensuring correct completion
• Obtain audit information as required
• Receive, balance, enter & bank payments
• Allocate payments
• Reconcile accounts
• Deal with queries / PODs / correspondence etc. Follow up as required
• Follow up overdue accounts by letter & phone & email
• Liaise with sales force & internal staff re overdue accounts, queries & other matters as necessary
