Page Personnel in Birchwood, Warrington is seeking a Permanent Accounts Assistant to support invoicing, reconciliations and payroll-related admin. The role covers supplier/customer invoices, VAT returns, and general finance admin.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance, require strong Excel and accounting software experience, and be capable of working to deadlines in a busy environment.

Formación

• Experience in an accounts assistant or similar finance role.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Processing invoices: managing supplier and customer invoices.
• Reconciliation: balancing accounts by reconciling bank statements and financial transactions.
• Expense claims: processing employee expense claims and ensuring policy compliance.
• Credit control: assisting with managing outstanding payments and debt collection.
• Making daily payments: processing payments to suppliers and other creditors.
• VAT returns: assisting in preparing VAT returns and other tax documentation.
• Supporting Head of Finance: providing administrative and financial support, including audits, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Providing administrative support across payroll, HR and office operations, including maintaining records and ad hoc projects.
