I am working with a fast growing family office in London are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of their office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping records across all entities within the company structure.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.
  • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and other service providers.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and management accounts.
  • Ensure financial procedures are adhered to and contribute to process improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally within Financial Services, Legal or Insurance sector.
  • Proficiency with Xero accounting software is essential.
  • Sector experience in Financial Services, Legal, or Insurance is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
