An industry leader in outsourced storage and solutions with over 30 years of experience. They are seeking an Accounts Assistant for a newly created role.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Processing and managing invoices
  2. Reconciling purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
  3. Preparing and processing payment runs
  4. Maintaining supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies
  5. Accurately coding bank transactions
  6. Reconciling records with the bank
  7. Supporting ad hoc duties such as payroll
Candidate Requirements

You will have:

  • End-to-end accounts payable experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE pro rata
